During my textiles sampling I was taught various techniques for making different textures. I created a sample of each technique so I could add them to a worksheet so when moving on in this unit I will be able to reference them. I have decided to focus on what I believe are my two strongest techniques; a ruffle and embroidery onto dissolvable fabric. I will draw some ideas for how to merge these two techniques in order to create my final textiles piece.
